ASL Perfusion Map
Arterial Spin Labeling (ASL) Perfusion Maps create quantitative maps of cerebral blood flow by magnetically tagging arterial blood water as it flows into the brain.
QSM
Quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) measures how certain substances, like iron or calcium, are distributed in the brain. This tool helps distinguish healthy and abnormal tissues and has a range of clinical applications.
MRS Scan
Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) measures the concentration of neurotransmitters and metabolites within brain tissue. By revealing a chemical spectroscopy of a small brain region, MRS provides insights on energy processes by generating metabolite maps.
